Restaurant Venues - small but classy
Hi girls, wondering if there are any venues for restaurant venues? I'm looking for a small & unique venue, without the whole hotel "image" that comes with wedding banquet.

Hi Vonnie_10, try this boutique hotel called Gallery Hotel located accessibly at River Valley. Visit http://www.galleryhotel.com.sg for more details.
They have an excellent small, private & classy function rooms, good for a small & intimate wedding function. Visit http://www.galleryhotel.com.sg/space_deals.php for pictures on their decors etc. The function room can hold about 15 to 22 tables comfortably.
In this small boutique hotel, they have got really everything, from gyms to swimming pools and others. It will delight a newly-wed couple like you. Thanks!

Gallery Hotel has an artistic ambience but it is quite inaccessible. Its buffet style..but the setup is very romantic. gives ur guest a classy kinda feel. U can contact Juliana or Huihui for more info.
Or maybe u can try Peach Garden Restaurant @ Hotel Mirama.

If anyone looking for western dinner instead of chinese one you might like to consider British Club. They have a few choices of food. Price wise I would say its affortable. For example I am looking at their 5 course western dinner it cost $75+ per person (they do not have any service charge, therefore the + is 7%). They also have cheaper range of menu.
I was told that their main chief who controls all the food there is a British.
errr I think they do serve asia food but for chinese dinner I am not too sure. I have their westen menu let me know if not pls advise me how to do attachment.
One thing about the down side of this place is you have to go through security check before entering. So please do not do a walk in you have to call for appointment. And also the club is kind of deep in BUT then if you like nature.... this place is lovely.
It will be great to do lunch at their ballroom.
Hope this gives you some new idea instead of doing the normal chinese dinner
