Review on The Regent wedding Dinner vs Intercontinental wedding Dinner

For 2012, I don't think the prices are that cheap now.
They only have 9 course dinner and its about $1198++ for Saturdays with min tables of 40 days for auspicious dates.
As for weekdays its 1168++ or something.
I personally think that Regent is a better choice. Food is better as i last tried and the feel of the hotel is more grand/Cozy.
One downside is that its not near any MRT station (probably 10-15mins walk from Orchard). I guess most guest will take a taxi down to look good that night.

I love the ballroom of the Hotel Intercontinental. There is this sweet, romantic feel when you first step in, and the walls have a nice decor as well, either its wall paper covered or its a cloth that complements the whole setting of the room.
I have not seen the Regent ballroom so unable to comment on it.

Nice ballroom at Intercontinetal but the sound system really sucks coz the hall is simply too big!!

Went for three weddings before and was sitted away from the stage and could hardly hear clearly on anything that was on the stage unless you are sitted near to the stage!!!
