    any one knows what is usually included in ROM package?

    my contract has:

    Rental of venue
    Basic decor
    Food for x pax
    Equipment rental - pa system

    differs on venue. some maybe more comprehensive.

    I guess there is no fixed package for ROM. Depends on your requirements and how much services you want. Some may include reception as well, or even transport services.
