Save The Date card/e-card
Hello BTBs!
Just wondering, anyone here received a Save-The-Date card before? I received twice and thought this thing is coming in trend? Its sent either by email/whatsapp/bbm..
Currently trying to design one for my own wedding, the layout is just weird! Anyone have any samples to share? Thanks in advance!

it's quite common now, is useful to get a good feel of how many guests you will have at your wedding, even before you book / confirm the number of pax for your banquet/reception..

im using perfect weddings their rsvp to see my guest count, gives a good gauge on who is coming.
and all the addresses all compiled also!

hey melo! I have attached a sample of what i did, which i find it awful! Left bottom corner meant to be a pic of us.. Thinking of engaging someone to design for me liao..
Yeap im using that to do RSVP, this save-the-date card is more of announcing the marriage..

hey jwjw, nice work!
I think this would be ok to send via email, but if it's bbm/whatsapp/sms it's going to be hard. do people just send out a bbm/whatsapp/sms message to all their friends notifying of the date? seems like it's more of a pre-invitation notification.

received a save-the-date clothes peg. What the btb did was to buy plain wooden pegs then decorate and write the date on it. Meant for guest to clip to their calendars. Quite nice and was a surprise to receive!

What I did before for my wedding was making used of their template and capture screenshots of it when done, so to send out via email invites.
