Just to check, is there any hidden rule that we are not able to change the gowns after we have selected ? We went there for the 1st time to let us see what are the designs they have. We were there for 3 hrs and tried a few and feel these are quite good.
We called 3 days later and requested to try more designs on but was rejected and claimed that there is no "good reason" for us to try again since we have finalized the gowns on that day. We will have to pay for the additional testing if we are to change the designs.
Is there such a hidden rule for all packages or is it just that there is no after-sales services for this wedding shop?
