anyone knows if we book for 2013 wedding dinner can we be offered 2012 pricing?

anyone able to tell me where to get the wedding dinner packages of all the hotels in singapore. will hold the wedding in 2013

I doubt so for most hotels, but my friend told me that the restaurant she signed with is able to do that. I signed mine last year but is also using 2012's package/pricing.. And because my wedding is in Nov and may need to postpone if my HTB travels, wedding coordinator also highlighted that if we are to push back, even if its going to be the first week of January 2013, we will also have to use the 2013's package/pricing.. And if i'm not wrong, its about $50-$80 difference per table.... which is alot!
