I prefer fort canning park because it's near to the ROM place, but One Degree 15 is not bad also.

I saw pictures of Beaulieu House at Sembawang, was thinking of having it there as well cause I like the idea of the old school white and black colonial house, with the seaview heh but it's a bit out of the way for my relatives and I would have to charter buses...
Botanic Gardens is niceyou can rent Burkill Hall!
I am a member of 1degree15nova is very pretty for solemnisation, but try asking them for the first level of nova instead of the 3rd level so that it overlooks the pool as well.
Solemnisation package as followed for you! Hope it helps you!

Did you heard of Seb's Bistro @ Rochester house? If you like one rochester, consider this too.
I don't think I can post their website here but you can google it, it look very beautiful with their outdoor long table.
Their lunch/dinner is starting from $66++ per pax, 3 course meals, 4 hrs.
They had some photos of their past couple ROM there, you can check with them for a quote if you really like it.
Other places to consider, Emily Hill, beautiful, but I remember the house is $2k rental, you can check with them for their yard.
Canopy dining at Bishan Park, I guess the pricing should be lower.

Please don't consider Beaulieu House. It's really rundown!
