Suggested invitation wording for dinner
I am thinking of having a western dinner reception, where a 4-course meal gets served to the guests. My sister thinks if I serve buffet it downgrades the event and also, guests give less angpow (reality! haha!). And less angpow is not ideal especially when the per-pax cost for buffet is the SAME as the 4-course meal!
Any idea how I should word the invitations?
"...invite so-and-so to a sit-down dinner" sounds weird! And it's not a "dinner banquet" either in the traditional sense of chinese 10-course meal. Any help appreciated
