I have attended one of my aunt's wedding. She made it at lunch after the ceremony which is 10AM.

Lunch is pretty popular these days.. quite alot of my friends are going for wedding lunches. It wont be so rush unless you are having the solemnisation on the same date before your wedding lunch then that might be abit rush, havta wake up quite early.

I absolutely enjoy wedding lunches. It doesn't drag on for too long, and the rates are always better too. Generally wedding lunches tend to me more informal also than wedding dinners, so I don't think you really have a lot to rush about. We did our solemnization and our wedding on the same day and it was manageable. The best part is that you and your partner still has the night to yourselves.


The only down side is maybe that people tend to pack lesser for ang baos too.
