If you don't wear heels often, I suggest you to choose mid heels, they make your feet comfortable and you can also look beautiful.

I think it's important to be comfortable on your AD because you'll be standing and walking around all day. You can choose heels that you feel comfortable wearing or mid heels so it's easier to walk or flats that are nice too. If you're buying new shoes, I suggest you practice walking in it at home so you won't get a blister from wearing it on your AD!

choose heels that are not that high since you'll be doing a lot of standing and walking.
