    For heat reduction always use light colors to paint. Heat reduction paint are made of a co-polymer compound containing inter inter pigments and special filters.

    I think off-white and cream are the colors that are best for heat reduction in the rooms in the house.

    Any light colors probably pink for the bed room and blue for the living room. A mild cream or chocolate colors will suit the kitchen and other areas of the home.

    I would go for white at all times and keep colors for my furniture to make the space more interesting.
