Hi Girls

(not sure if this violate the forum regulations, if yes please pardon me)

I got my shoes from Sinderella and you can customize the shoe heels/colours too (about $150 and above).

To name a few:

1. Sinderella
2. The Cobbler
3. Leapin' Lizard

They do customisation for bridal shoes which costs $100 to $400, depending on the complexity of designs, colours (dyeable or non-dyeable type) and soles.

Beach wedding shoes are far more important than you think. To better understand why, let's take a look at beach weddings themselves. Most of them are held right in the sand, with a breathtakingly blue seascape to the side. For many, this killer location forms a big part of the overall wedding ambiance. As a result, the rest of the wedding tends to be a little less formal. For example, men might opt for something more casual than a tuxedo. The atmosphere is usually a relaxed, often fun-filled one.wedding decorators

I'm going to get mine from Anna Nucci too!! very gorgeous shoes, reasonably priced, and comfortable! That's the most important, i feel, because you will be wearing the shoes the entire day, you don't want ot look ugly in photos because you're hurting down there! neither do you want to be walking in a very awkward manner during the march-ins!! :)

meilingg: good point about the kwa. I never thought about that! especially since kwa is generally shorter than gowns so feet will peek out. should be able ot wear anything bah.. since kwa would be worn indoors during the tea ceremony, so no need shoes?

I got mine from Metro :) The brand "vivi" has its own line of bridal shoes.
One of the bridal shops also recommend me to get from Anna Nucci. They also have bridal shoes + bridal purses, etc. :)

I saw from other forum that we are not allowed to remove shoes on the actual day once u wear your shoes until the morning session is completed. but I guess this apply to some customs only.

so those brides wore their shoes into the house?

yes. recently my cousin got married and i was at the tea ceremony at her house and she and her hubby did not remove their shoes at all. they walk around the house with their shoes on even when they walk into the bedroom to take things. they only remove their shoes when almost everyone left the house.
