concerned whitelink customer

Hi i jus signed up wiv WL too. After placing a 1.5k deposit, i read e forum and saw many reviews tat their so called exclusive gowns are plain and limited. Need to top up a few hundreds to a thousand for designer gown. Feel like getting a refund now. Anyone can advise whether it is possible to get a refund (within 3 days) and whether the exclusive range is really tat bad. We have a tight budget and cant afford to upgrade to designer gowns. Thanks lots in advance.

i top up $600 for my night designer gown. i'm nt sure if able to have different gown on photoshoot & actual day.

hi all, i just dropped by their shop. was served by hazel - she talks so much! super 'good' at selling WL's stuff sia. but anw, i told her i will go bk and discuss with my HTB.

compared their gowns to digio, WL seems to have much better quality and more variety (according to hazel, they have ALOT more than others).
their overseas shoot seem like a good deal also! anyone did it? care to share if i should even consider??

dont want to end up regretting. please warn me if i shouldn't go ahead?

Just signed a WL package..


1) Any one has Jeff as PG? Didnt read any review about him..Will his photos turn out nice??

2) Is the exclusive range really very pathetic..? seems like many BTB top up to designer range..

3) does all the 5 gowns include: 1 WG, 2 EG , 2 themes ? Was told there are 5 gowns but ...would be nice if there is a theme gown, was actually thinking of wearig a kua for PS.

4) any one has recommendtion for AD photography?

their exclusive range is actually okay... I did top up for designer eventually cox my hubby says the white gown is nicer. lol. I think their 5 gowns include KUA also if u wan. my AD I didn't took with whitelink. my AD PG was mambostevie... let me know if u wan his contact.

I tried white link before. I quite disappointed with their service. I spent almost 4k. Need to top up few hundreds to a designer gowns. They'll let you choose the normal gown all look old so you won't choose it. Even the designer gown is quite limit. The photographer not friendly at all. All my pictures came out so simple even we request something different. When we show to our friends they say not worth that price. We rather take it in Taiwan or Shanghai. i understand that probably some of their service is good. I can only say we really unlucky to meet this kind bridal shop.

Thank you for replying...haha...actually losing sleep..cos of this..was so afraid I can't get an exclusive gown..how much do you top up for the designer gown? Catherine ( the saleslady) did tell me I can wear a KUA, wonder can I also choose to wear the Victorian costume as one of the 5 gowns? Btw, who is your PG for PW?

Hi aggie,

their exclusive range is ok, but just that after u seen the designers ones, u will tend to drop the exclusive ones..
for my PS (indoor & outdoor), i wore 5 gowns (excluding kua) - 2 WG, 2 EG, 1 short gown.
i dont like thier theme costume, thats why i focus more on their gowns.

on AD, i'm wearing 2 WG, 2 EG, 1 Kua.

Did you top up your gown? The white gown a lot of crystal .. Is it the exclusive range?
