I am keen to book 1-Rochester for my solemnisation+lunch but the wedding planner said there will be no confirmation until 3 mths prior??!! really?? has anyone booked any venue from 1-Host and does this rule applied?

the price is a bit expensive but it's definitely worth it. the food was of high quality and superb and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing.
