hi all,

any idea is one 30 litre of beer barrel and 1 wine for one table is enough for 15 tables of 150 guest?

how many barrel and wine did you buy?

im trying to save some money, lol, because 1 barrel is $780.

30 litre of beer is enough for 90 cups
1 bottle of wine is enough for 5 cups

Beer should be enough for you, it is more of the wine, it depends on your crowd.

It depends on your guest preference. Most of my guests consume wine. But I do not need to worry about this as I have free flow of beer and wine for my banquet.

Different Hotels charge different rates. There are wine shops that offer discounts if you order in bulk.

Lunch guest might not consume as much alcohol as dinner i suppose?
