hey honeydew, my friend who just got married went with silhouette, they are one of the more pricy boutiques around. Gown rental itself is already $3k+, but they are famous for their tules and beading. For photography, they tie up with other photographers like lightedpixels, which obviously will end up with a big price tag for an entire package. HTH 
I recently received a mail saying that Chris Ling studio package with STA is only $4800! I'm not sure what are the limitations to that, if there are different tiers of gowns.. but this is in my opinion quite a good price! any of you have gone down to silhouette to check out the specific packages?

hi rojak, that's a pretty good price for their package from what i have seen. most likely it'll be limited to a number of shots, but this promo is quite a catch from an eye's glance.

i got my dream dress from silhouette, love it because it's not so over-the-top like many others, the elegance is just nice and fits me great. hope this review helps you honeydew!
my friend got her gown from STA and I thought it was beautiful. The consultants there are also nice and pretty accommodating. I'll be having my wedding end of the year and am also thinking of going back there to take a look at the gowns. However, I do think they are more on the high end.
Hi all, their gowns are lovely and have good workmanship. However, I did not pick them in the end as I wasn't comfortable with their service - Don't have the special feeling of being a bride when I was in the shop. More like just a number to them and they wanted me to quickly decide.
Hi gals, I went to countless bridal studios in SG and finally decided to go with STA. They might sound hostile when I first called them for an appointment, but when I went for it, the feeling I had was totally different. I felt comfortable and somehow, felt that they do not fall under the "I'm gonna gobble all the money you have" kind of bridal studio.
I'm very happy to have chosen STA (though the price is pretty steep for just 2 gowns, bridal bouquet, 1 MTM suit and an AD MUA) cus their package is very simple & clear-cut. The designer I met was Rebecca and she's one sweet lady - very patient and accomodating. They do not have hidden costs and I'm very happy with their service so far. Highly recommended!)

Hi all, I am a STA B2B and I signed up for their promo package which offered a discount of $300. This promo was provided due to the launch of their new studio at Emerald hill. So far I am extremely satisfied with their range of gowns and service.
My package included 1 BG OTR, 1 EG OTR; 1 M2M suit to keep, 3 make up sessions (Trial, AD morning and evening), wedding bouquet and corsarges. I believe they are working with 4 MUAs and I have booked Joey for my AD. Pretty impressed by her portfolio on FB. Also personally spoke with Joey and she seems friendly and easy going.
Rebecca is my designer and I am very pleased with her service. She is friendly, accomodating to your requests and offers sound advice to brides. She is patient and does not throw airs as I know there are some designers who tend to be stuck up and unfriendly.
Be sure to like their fb page as they will provide news feed on some of the latest gowns, fashion shows etc. I actually booked for a fitting session right after the recent fashion show and got the gown i really liked. EGs that are beautiful tend to get booked really quickly and most of the time you get left with the EGs that are not as lovely.
Once you have signed up with STA, it's a little hard to be an unhappy bride Especially you know that you are getting the gown that u love and not a gown that you don't even know you are going to get. All the best beautifuls!

CL dont really work with silhouette for photography already, requested but they recommended their own photographer instead.

I did some research and contacted a few photographers.. So far those who have special discounts for STA brides from what I recall are 9 frames, Chris ling, one eye click and lighted pixels pixies .
