Centrale8 is the latest DBSS at Tampines which is near to many facilities in Tampines and the upcoming Downtown Line Tampines interchange.

that might be a good sign. let's hope they realize their mistake and decrease the prices -- and all remaining dbss follow suit!

jete77, i think nowadays the condo prices are quite high also. 800k can only probably get you 3 room? or 4 room in a very ulu location.

The price won't go down cause it will upset the rest of those that already purchase...Believe that by 2014 TOP, the price will go up...Singapore is so limited with lands....
