Hi, anyone of you holding your wedding at Pan Pacific Orchard? may I know if anyone has any experience to share about this hotel? Is their service and food good?

Hey Fang Fang, not sure if u attended their open house last sat? I spoke to Desiree, who is in charge and her service was very good. Really happy to have chosen this place as it gave me a warm cosy feel. The room only fits 12 tables though if u are looking at a number more than that, then it wont work out. Food wise, Desiree told me there hasnt been any negative reviews about the food but I wont really know till I try it during my wedding.

hi natlani! staff is approachable and hospitable. we were not disappointed when we stayed here a few months ago. everything was pleasant, clean, and good amenities. food is excellent too! quite expensive but i believe you can get better rate if you pre-book.
