I Vow (Same-Day-Edit)

Marriage vows are promises each partner in a couple makes to the other during a wedding ceremony.
They serve as an anchor to keep the couple going through it all together.
A way of assuring one another to love and cherish each other, for richer and poorer, in sickness and in health.
For better or worse, till death do us part.

As it happens in Singapore Gatecrashing scene, reciting of marriage vows has been one of the most common activity these days.
But the difference here is, this reciting of vows is one-way, only from the groom to the bride.
And the vows is always "specially" prepared from the bride herself. Does it even make sense?
No matter what, it is always a fun act to witness. From romantic promises to absurd requests.

At some point (maybe when the sky began leaning towards dusk),
sitting there on a picnic map, something changed.
Lunch had become something else - a metamorphosis had occurred.
Their simple shared meal, the un-remarkably casual thing,

Our New Life (Wedding Trailer)

This was my first time covering a Muslim Indian wedding.
I must say it was truly an eye-opening experience from my usual share of Chinese weddings.
There is so much colors, heartfelt speeches, tears, laughter and joy throughout the entire ceremony.
I couldn't be more grateful to Vick & Nazima for trusting me and giving me this privilege to cover this important day of theirs.
