Any signs if your parent-in-laws-to-be doesn't like you?

Mind sharing some signs or actions if your to-be parent-in laws doesn't like you at all coz I'm a bit confused of how they act towards me.

What I know for my future Mil towards my bf bro's gf is usually wont join her for meals will stay in her room. dun talk much to her.

though i have not yet experienced this, I think in-laws who dont talk to you much is a sign of not liking your presence. and whenever you're around, they find excuses to be away from you.

If after years of being together and visiting the place of your partner they still:
-dont talk much to you..
-dont do any efforts to know you better..
-cold towards you..
then that must be a sign of them not liking you.

One really obvious sign is when they act cold towards you or other times ignore you entirely.

haiz... not a pleasant thing to know if mil doesnt like the future son / daughter-in-law...
but given that we all started off as total strangers, i guess it will take time to grow the "familiarity" with each other and become closer.
hope everyone gets over this stage and grow towards a loving family. hope mine too...

My parents don't like brother gf but still appear kind and generous to her. But my parents treated my fiance (past bf) very defensively , now okay liao after knowing him better...lol.Parents seem to worry daughter than son, ALWAYS...

There's an air of indifference at first, perhaps due to awkwardness and other factors.. But it will clear up if you begin conversing with them more!
