my hubby and i decided when we should get married. we did not get pressurized or anything. better not get swayed by them since it's between you and your bf. being pressured into marriage might not result to a good relationship.

Agree with Poxie! Don't worry so much about what others think... I was pressured once and almost argued with my boyfriend because we we'rent ready and all and he said its all because i think too much of what others think of us

Not exactly. I just feel that when you're ready to get married then go ahead with it, do not rush into getting married just because someone or family force you to.

I do have to admit, sometimes i also feel quite annoyed by the pressure from supposed well-meaning people who keep bugging you to get married, for age reasons. probably wat we can do ourselves, is to be more sensitive with friends around us, by not doing things onto things that we do not want others to do to us. let marriage occur by itself when the couple is ready, much more better than a "rushed wedding" that ends up in divorce
