Hello girls, I will be having my wedding soon and I'm planning for my honeymoon as well. I don't really have an idea on where would be a great place to travel to, although I have some on my list such as Australia, New Zealand, US, UK and Europe. They are all so appealing!!

Any ladies went to these places for your honeymoon before? Please share your experiences, it would help greatly! Any other suggestions would be awesome too! :D *hugs*

hi dear, if you have the budget, love history and architecture, you should try going to Europe or UK. Their buildings are so beautiful, and so rich in culture.

If you love nature, then aussie or nz is better for you. You can milk cows, play with sheep and geese. New zealand's nature is breathtaking too, going there just made me feel so relaxed, unlike busy singapore! :)

Europe is getting to be quite a popular destination for honeymooners. My cousins spent less on their wedding day in order to have more to spend on their honeymoon. They managed to go to Europe for 2 weeks across 9 cities I think. Personally I feel that it's great to have a decent wedding dinner but spend more on your honeymoon, especially for us working ladies who work so hard and want a good break. :D

New zealand is a gorgeous place if you love the outdoors. I went there for my honeymoon and really enjoyed going back to basics, without facing the computer and my blackberry everyday. Wanaka in NZ has gorgeous lakes, streams and mountains, so peaceful and lovely! Typing about it makes me feel like going back there now. :D:D

I suggest that you take a 7-night Christmas Time Cruise in Europe as it will visit to Nuremberg to Rhine Valley to Amsterdam via a luxury holidays cruise tour. I think there's no other way for you to celebrate the holiday with your spouse at some of the most luxurious and elegant tours that will allow you to spend even more time together.

you should go to unique places like switzerland and norway if you haven't. the salmon is super fresh over there. very beautiful streams and lakes. good if you are a nature person. haha.

maldives would be a very good honeymoon destination if you like the laze around! It's a place that is made ONLY for couples.. so other than honeymoon with ur hubby, there's really not much other chances to visit maldives, unless if you dive! ^_^

Any of the Caribbean Islands , Mexico, South Pacific Islands, Europe, Africa, and the US (Hawaii, Alaska, Niagara Falls, Grand Canyon, Poconos, Las Vegas, New York, Orlando). Are some of the best destinations for honeymoon.

Switzerland would be nice =) My fiance treated me to a Swiss holiday last year at spring and it was the most beautiful trip I've ever had. We visited Zurich, Geneva and my fave of all, Lucerne where we went up the Swiss Alps for really breath-taking and picturesque views. We have decided to go to Maldives for honeymoon as we can spend some quality 'us' time on an island for a week and just enjoy the beach, the sand and the sun! =)

Ooh Maldives is a very nice place spring! My fiance and I are deciding between Maldives and the Bahamas. We love the beach and marine life, the Bahamas has restaurants and hotel rooms that are under the sea where many marine fishes swim above which is just separated by a glass. see the pics =D

Hahaha that sounds good! I will suggest the idea to him  What else is there to do at Maldives besides relaxing at the beach?

Oh yes Bali is a good place to go too! The beach there is pretty and the sand is very fine. I watched the sunset by the beach with my htb there 2 years back and it was lovely.

Went to Gold Coast for honeymoon. Visited Tangalooma Dolphin Resort, Warner Brothers, Movie World and Sea World. Rides were awesome! Cheaper alternative to going to an 'ang moh' country to enjoy! Hotel was next to the beach and a shopping mall! Was near Ripley's Believe It or Not museum too! Oh and took a enjoyable hellicopter ride when at the Tangalooma Dolphine Resort, Sand Tobaganning and fed dolphins!

Hi crystaline. Package was bought at the natas fair during august i think and it cost about $2400 each. Free and easy. spending money didnt exceed $3k for 2 people. Movie world was most fun! Dream world was good too. Sea world was soso, but lurveeee the dolphin show, so much better than our own singapore zoo shows. Tangalooma dolphin resort was nice and relaxed too. Just be prepared to pay much more for their food and drinks, which i think its very typical of beach sort of resorts.
