2 Concept
3 How many photos will be returned?

..etc! It really depends on your preference and is subjective but a general rule of thumb is to make sure you approach someone's work you like that is within your budget or it else it won't matter how cheap it is if you are not happy at the end of the day! It may sound like common sense but we have met couples who forgot about that sometimes

I think with some wedding photography service provider you can negotiate the package price... But it all depends really. There's no harm in trying though!
