HTB don't want honeymoon... :(

what to do if htb just jokes off the idea of honeymoon?? well i never intended to go for a long one at all... but after thinking for a bit, i decided i might want to go for a short break, even 2 days in malaysia / nearby island also can... but htb says waste money waste time...

ah... i think he's just joking? Or maybe he dont want one immediately after the wedding? I've seen quite a number of couples delaying their honeymoon! To save up more and also, have already taken quite a number of days off work for the wedding or during the year so cant really spend a good amount of time overseas.

for me, i think i will be delaying my honeymoon as well (though my AD is still a year or so away). maybe a few months after the day. it's to save more money first! so can enjoy during the honeymoon

that is the first time i've heard something like that, unless it's because he's so tired from the wedding and wants a little break before going for honeymoon? give him a few months then talk about it again, anyway i also find that it's too tiring planning one thing after another, maybe he feels the same way?

Hmm.. i believe it's coz we're moving overseas for work soon after the wedding.. so he says overseas=honeymoon lor. in a way, he's right lah, and i had agreed upon that initially too. but thinking about it... if we're going there to work, we'll be busy settling down, then start work, also no resting or enjoyment ler. >.<

rojak, you can take the first month to rest and tour the place first? i would consider that honeymoon also, and get to save cost!

yar, i considered that before.. but problem is i got the job 1.5 years ago, so the boss has waited long enough for me! will be abit paiseh to say i wanna postpone by yet another month coz i wanna go honeymoon right? >.< another option is.. extend the 1 month AFTER the few yrs of work.. then tour lor..

yeah, tt's what most people think also.. thus the increasing number of couples going on honeymoon months after the wedding. i think tt's reasonable.. maybe i'm just feeling exhausted from the planning and want a holiday.. :X
