When is an ideal period for outdoor wedding. Am looking at year end, kinda risky huh?

April might not be too good for an outdoor wedding because there might be rainy afternoons based on the climate trend! I think the best time to have it will be in Feb/Mar cause it's the driest part of the year in SG
