Lose weight for my wedding in 1 month?

Hi dears, my wedding is coming in 1 month!!! Any crash diets or tips to lose weight fast? Much appreciated!

my secret was eating small meals everyday. like instead of 3 big meals a day, you can snack throughout the day so you don't get hungry. of course, snack on those healthy foods like fruits, veges, or even those high fibre cookies (like digestive biscuits) This keeps your metabolic rate high throughout the day so you can burn more calories. I did this for about 2 months before my wedding, together with running twice a week, lost about 5 kg in total haha. :D

sleep more! I slept about 3-4 hours every afternoon, after 1 month i lost about 3 kg hehee. better than slimming treatments. :p you can also try those heavy hula hoops with jagged inside edges, when you hula it will rub the fats away at your tummy area. should be able to find them at sports shops.

Haha liposuction is painful.. try sleeping early before 12 midnight daily. That helps I feel, sleeping past midnight tend to make my metabolism rate drop somehow =s

have a good breakfast, skip tidbits but have fruits for snacks..avoid rice and yellow noodles..take beehoon instead..

skip the simple carbs and go for complex ones like multi-grain bread, brown rice, etc. No sugary foods or carbonated drinks during this period. And if you do like exercising, try some strength training with weights at home, do some jogging around your neighbourhood or just pop over to the gym if time permits. Helps to relieve stress of wedding planning and worries too! :)

- control ur carbo, eat oni steam chicken or hard boil egg w lots of fresh veggie n fruits
- go jogging 3x per week, reali helps!

There is a 3mth program that I'm going through - it's pretty effective. My frens has been on it years back and no weight rebound.

One of my citeria when choosing boyfriend is that he must be bigger size then me.. hehe..

beside controling carbo, take more veg and fruits, drinks loads of water to increase metabolism, i also take supplements from reputable company and the FATS loss is .. :p

i wanna lose my tummy fats and weight. i only left with 2 weeks to lose it before my PS. but my tummy is only visible after i eat.

Then i think you don't have that much of a problem. coz wedding day you wouldn't get to eat much either! so you wouldn't have a tummy to show.. :)
