Pregnant after ROM and before customary wedding?

Hello brides, when did you get pregnant? Poll as above.. Will you wait till customary wedding is over then have baby?

Actually my HTB and I was planning to have a dragon baby... But our customary will only be next year March...

Is it obvious during the actual day if I happen to be 1 or 2 month pregnancy?

meilingg: quite hard to plan so exactly one leh!! 1-2 months cannot see. My friend got married when she was 4mths preg, also most people didn't know! But that is very risky.. if you're very skinny then 3+ i think can see ler..

ideal is after both.. but many couples will want dragon baby haha. my parents are very traditional, so they say only after customary wedding then can get pregnant! T.T although actually after ROM, you and your hubby are already a married couple in the eyes of the law

My family are very traditional too thus they also think it's better after customary.

But if after customary, I don't think my HTB and I will have a dragon baby already...

So if get pregnant after ROM but before customary, is it still shotgun?

Yup yup! Guests will assume is shotgun. So best is don't let them have the chance to guess.

If by wedding dinner, I'm 1 or 2 months pregnancy, think they won't realized as long it is small..,

yeah.. cannot see. but after the wedding people can count backwards one mah... like my friend... noone knew during the wedding dinner, but less than 5 mths after the wedding, got a child (and it's not prematured). guess also can guess right? =P

that one my htb and me did thought of it.. but he say if only 1 or 2 months nevermind lah... not shotgun mah... already ROM but got pregnant just before AD. haha!

i also have friend who actually ROM 1yr ago and got pregnant and decided to push forward their customary. During her customary, she is already 3+ months pregnant but cannot really see cos she is fat (very bad of me saying that). some people might say shotgun but some won't as long as they know u ROM then get pregnant so want to have customary fast.

i don't think they book their banquet before she gets pregnant. so it will be easier for her to find a place to just hold her banquet. but for those who already booked their banquets, probably can check with the hotel if they can change the date. the most just tell them the truth lor. but if you already ROMed and this happen then the staff won't gossip la. as long as they still have the ballroom available for you for the new date you want i guess should be fine.

haha! me too.. having that plan in mind! i dun wan to miss this dragon year! cant wait for the next dragon...13yrs later leh.. too old by then. hahaha... i guess 1-2mths should b ok. but well.. it depends on individual body again. cos some wombs are more towards the inside of our body, thus baby nt obvious even if is 3-4mths pregnant. but all these can only tell after we are preggers! LOL.

I have a friend who got preggie after ROM. Not obvious but I think she is tired during the wedding dinner, not smiling much on photos..
