Saving on laundry

Do you guys have any tips to save on laundry?

Here are some of mine:
Use cold water
Sort loads by fabric weight
Full but not overloaded load
Dry naturally instead of using a dryer
Use vinegar as fabric softener

always check what the label says. if it says do not dry clean, do not dry clean. these instructions help you save clothes and money.

Use vinegar as fabric softener? I haven't tried this one. Is this safe for any type of garments?
