Sending of Save the Date / RSVP / Invitation Cards & Arrangement of Decor

I'm new here. =)

Just wana know when is the best time to send save the date notices and RSVP. ie. how many months before the actual date?

Also, is it too early to engage the florist now as my wedding is about 6 months away?

Hi,

I think it is a good time to send save the date notice if your wedding is 6 months ahead of time. Mine is in March 13 and I am trying to start sending my save the date. RSVP can be done 2 months before?

okay so RSVP as in sending a message to see who is going then after that (about 1 month b4 actual wedding) I can send out the proper invitation card?

I think to send the wedding invitations, you have to allot about 2 to 3 months before the wedding to send them.

i guess that would just be enough time to engage with your florist. with enough time, you can already start planning on the decoration and theme that you can possibly apply with your wedding.
