I don't think it take so long. Prive to MRT is 7mins walk if you walk slowly.
This EC is about the same distance away from MRT as Prive, the walk might take at most 10mins.

Drove past this development a few times, the location is very near to TPE. Plus the waterpoint mall should be ready when this EC is ready, all these make the location to be quite good for an EC.
However due to branded developer Fraser Centrepoint, the price might be quite steep.
