my bf and i are thinking of holding a small luncheon at a restaurant too. however, we are doing some research now to see if it's worth it (read it somewhere that it could be on par with hotel banquets).

Try Faber Peak. I believe they have a ballroom that can fit 200 pax. Oh and check out One15marina too, that place is glorious!
