i am considering about whether to wear a veil or not , I have found one that is absolutely gorgeous and would suit my dress beautifully ,but all people said that you only need to wear it for the ceremony,do u think it waste money for buying a veil?

You can still wear your veil even if it's not for the ceremony itself. For the wedding ceremony itself, you just have to put it over your face and during the reception, you can let it fall over your back. It really is up to you if you really want to wear it. :)

Wedding veils have different purposes. For Muslim countries, brides hide their faces under the veil or yashmak even after the wedding party was done just to keep their beauty and charm of a young woman while in Europe, the veil is the symbol of modesty and purity. The other symbolic meaning of wedding is the subjection of a woman to a man.

it depends on you. if you want to wear it even after the ceremony then do it. i actually wore my veil even after the wedding ceremony i just removed it in front of my face. :)

I think veils are such a romantic cliche and would definitely be wearing one for my wedding if it matches my dress!! As for the banquet, I'll probably just wear it (unveiled) and let it trail behind my dress, but only for the march in!! It's really up to you and whether it suits the dress :)
