the normal 3 tier cakes can easily go above $800. Most of my gfs had just 1 tier cake as the real cake and the top and 2nd tier cake is not real one.. That kid will be cheaper too but I think its $250+? from the hotel. can check see if the hotel banquet can include it as a free perk.
hi, do you know any hotel that use dummy cake for picture taking purpose only? Thanks
most hotels and restaurants use dummy cakes for the banquets now... real cakes are only used if the couple requests for it / purchase it themselves

i can recommend u a good baker. her shop is at Ming Arcade building (just the building opposite Hard Rock Cafe). A very wulu building. That cake shop is at 5th floor. she dont open and sell on-the-shelf cakes like those prima deli shops. They only accept Pre-Order. They do wedding cakes, cup cakes & etc.
I think the shop name is called A.D.A.P.T. Something like...

This cake shop bake and distribute to those cafes & etc to sell. So, they dont have a shop-front business one la. They quote me pretty reasonable price. You can drop by there and check it out too. I hav the name card. But i think i need to go home find.
