we have just signed up with Ztage wedding recently. We decided to settle our pre-wedding with them after comparing few agents that doing korea pre wedding. What we like about them is they have the most studio to choose from compare to other agent. Their service is friendly, good and professional. our sales coordinator is not hard sell and pushy at all, in fact we did not sign up on our first visit. they are also very open for discussion and our sales coordinator is patient enough for that because we actually had a very long discussion (about 2+ hrs for each meeting) as me personally is very careful on such matter. our sales coordinator was able to explain and address all our concern as well as help us in adjusting our package. so we are quite happy with all the arrangement. we think their price is reasonable as well with a better services and quality. so overall, we are quite satisfied with what is being offered and we would like to give them a big two thumbs up!

Hi everyone! Just an update.

For those who have not been following this thread, we did our pre-wedding photoshoot last November (one of the 2 popular periods) and was very satisfied with Ztage services and quality.

Just this week, we collected our photo album and we are very satisfied with the end products (re-touched and raw photos, DVD, 20R photo, and of course the album)!!

Hi Caaandice, I agree their price is on the higher side even after their promotion. Might not be worth it since other agents prices are lower, especially their location is way to far to me.

Jackietoh: Can I know your package? How much did you spent?

I was being quoted almost $10,000 for photo shoot and actual day still excluding our own air-tickets. If I want Korea photographer, I still need to top up $1,500 and top up the air-tickets and accommodation for the Korean photographer which can easily cost me another bomb. Their prices are way too exaggerating!!! They seem to make lots of money from us with the same studios other agents could also offer.

Finally we got back from our photoshoot few weeks ago! Went there after new year and V.day celebration! We get our decision for ztagewedding for our pre wedding photoshoot! We are actually considering LB and ZW because both are dealing with korea pre wedding and i personally love korean style makeup, gown and photography studio hence my fiancee and I been checking out review everywhere and meet them up. Overall, our both experience is good however the comfortably of the sales person is what we want and a reasonable price. We opt for something european style yet a little elegant fun studio. Because we do not have very flowery photography so our coordinator Eileen shown us some studio based on our preference. Previously we saw bad review about ZW before meeting or doing research about them but we are not affected at all because we know human always see the bad side rather than good side and most importantly is ourselves that see and meet them up personally to experience ourselves.

This february photoshoot is a good one! Though its cold like down to -3 degree but the out-going yet friendly ZW korea team warms us up during the photoshoot! We went to their bridal shop and had fitting, of course we had done our homework before going! Their gown is really very beautiful and full range of gowns for us to choose! For their makeup salon is pretty cool as well, i saved some hairstyle and makeup i want and asked for their stylist for advice/opinion, they are so nice to give suggestions! For our studio, we had a great fun playing and posing seriously and casually! We don't need to worry about transportation or accommodation because is all given except we didn't extend any further because we went Busan after that! This february is really a good month for us especially shooting under a good and professional team! Wedding photoshoot is one in a life time thing hence we are really glad we had enjoyed! Can't wait for the photos to be out!

Im really excited and i have been bombing our coordinator with a lot of questions! hahaha! but nevertheless, their reply has been prompt from the beginning until now. Everything has been arranged nicely for us. Our coordinator also keep remind me on the pending info that i need to submit to them. hotel, itinerary, photoshooting and fitting.. everything has been arrange nicely. so i really feel safe with them as everything has been well taken care of. I will share more when i got back from my pre-wedding shoot!

Hi all BTB HTB who is interested with ztagewedding

seems like a lot of people is interested in my AD package with Ztage. My total package price is definitely not that exaggerating. my pre wedding is actually less than 4k. i have check the market price, the cost for korea pre-wedding can be up to 5k but mine is still far from there. for people who is looking for korea pre wedding they should have their budget in mine as it will definitely more expensive than local shoot. perhaps the total package price is much more depends on which studio you choose. for my ad package is actually more customised kind perhaps thats why my package price is far from exaggerating. thats also what i like about stage as they are very flexible in customising the package for us.In fact i do not feel stage is more expensive, the price is almost the same as other agent but they are giving more items. also, I'm most comfortable with their service as other that i went to is quite pushy!!!

Hi all, i have signed up with ztage last weekend during their expo specials! Although previously we saw good and bad reviews about them in forum however we decided to go down to experience ourselves to judge. We took up KS508 which the theme is little fun, little outdoor around the studio and elegant kind which me and my fiancé both like it. Their services is good and well detailed package explanation with extra informative when we have question. Though their payment terms is what others said however we realise some bridal shop also have the same kind of terms hence we are fine with it. I think some bad review about them does not affect us going down to meet them up as we believe different people has different mind set thinking so we decided to believe ourselves! Now is thinking how to arrange our leave for this photoshoot!

my pre-wedding shoot was really fun and great. their korea team from translator to the helper and photographer, they are really nice people to work with. Thus the whole process was very comfortable and we enjoy a lot! i like their gown as well,even though i only have two white gowns but with the gown accessories or wear over, it helps to create different looks for the gown. the helper is so good in helping me changing the hairstyle and touch up for different look as well. the photographer is a very fun people and guide us for different poses and try to make us feel more relax so that we will natural in the photo. overall,we enjoy the whole process a lot. we have received our original photos as well and we have got 500 photos back!!! really zhuan dao lor ! hahaha.. but actually too many photos also an issue as we can only choose 30 photos for my album so it actually took us awhile to choose the photo.

well, we are looking forward to our album which should be done in few months time and i am praying hard that it will turn out really great!!

Hello girls.. I didnt expect myself to be here today writing a bad review of any bridal boutique. I am utterly disappointed with Ztagewedding which we signed our prewed korea photoshoot with. They offered us a complimentary 2hrs AD videography for our morning highlights + express edit for our lunch banquet when we signed our package with them.

The manager called my htb yesterday informing him that the vg is unavailable on our wedding date. Actually we had a change of our AD so we told them that there is a change in our date. Upon checking, the manager said that the vg is also unavailable on our new AD date? Perhaps its partly our fault that we did not inform the bridal shop earlier that there is a change in our wedding date but the issue now is even if we stick to our original date Ztagewedding said that the vg is also unavailable.

Initially the bridal shop only gave us two options: 1. Either we proceed with our photoshoot in korea as per scheduled and no vg will be provided on our AD OR 2. a full refund of the package will be given.

After we made some noise then they suggested other solutions:
1. Proceed with korea photoshoot, AD vg will be replaced with a causal photoshoot on a weekday and all softcopies will be returned. (However, this doesnt satisified our needs at all. We already have a local photoshoot and this korea photoshoot is something additional. We do not need an additional casual photoshoot again. For what do i need so many photos for?)

2. This is what we suggested. Replacing the AD vg with a prewed storyline video of both htb and I as this can be replaced with the video for our morning highlights for the use of our banquet. However, the bridal claimed that this requires more manpower and cant be completed within 2hrs and a min. of 4hrs is required for filming and they expect us to top up the extra hours!

3. Full refund of the package

We were disappointed with their after sales service as this is a totally opposite attitude we recieved prior to signing the package with them. We dont understand why do we need to pay or top up additional money when its the bridal shop's fault as they themselves cant fulfill what is stated in the contract. My take is regardless of any situation, they should honor what is being signed in black and white.

We have decided that we will take the full refund as the trust with Ztagewedding is already broken. They are unwilling to compensate our air tickets and accommodation even though there is a breach of contract on their end.

So a word of caution to all btb who is considering to go for a korea photoshoot, please try to avoid Ztagewedding at all cost to save yourselves from all the trauma and the possibility of them backing out on what is stated in the signed contract. Yes, they had already jeopardised our prewed photoshoot by cancelling our package.

*And lastly, note that they demanded us to pay the whole package price upon confirmation of the korea studio even before any form of services are completed!

Hi Girls, thanks for all your concern!
After some clarification, it turns out that there is a factor of slight miscommunication between HTB and myself which is all for a good cause - THE HAPPINESS OF THE WEDDING.
The replacement of 2hr casual photoshoot option was actually suggested by my HTB instead of ZTAGEWEDDING, without direct communication to me! =(

ZTAGEwedding has somehow managed to provide a solution responsibly this morning.
The director himself will be assisting us through the process.

As such, we have requested for the above mentioned thread (Thread #156) to be removed since this morning and we would like to apologise for any panic caused.

Hi all btb,

Shall update my exp to share with all of you. I took my ps last mth during cherry blossom season. I was so excited yet worried that things wont go well.
But i was so wrong, u do not need to worry at all. My translator in korea took care of everything for me. The driver n translator will come to hotel and fetch us to gown fitting for day 1 . Once reach the gown shop, htb get to choose the suit first den follow by me. I was given a photo album with the gowns, i only mangage to choose like 3 white gown and 2 coloured gown from the àlbum. So while trying on the coloured gowns , the korean staff will give advised which color and which cutting is suitable for me. They are really nice and patient. On the ps day itself. We were fetched to the hair salon + make up . Our appt is 7.30am, but the studio is packed with ppl . After my make up i saw like 6 korean bride in gown . So i guess the make up n hair salon they choosed is really up to standard. Ps went well, my pg is a funny guy so he manage to make us smile v naturally. I got back total 900 plus photos for indoor and 500 plus for outdoor . Total i have 2 albums , 1 for indoor n 1 for outdoor. Overall i can say they are really nice. I have no regrets choosing ztagewedding though they are not cheap. But with de service they provide, they are worth it. I signed up ad package with them too ^^ anyone int in my package can email me, i willing to share to all.
