don't worry because there are lots of budget yet decent hostels in thailand. you shouldn't miss on diving

I would recommend Cambodia! I was really surprised by the percentage of people who are able to speak basic English there. Even villagers.

Yeah. Personally, I noticed there are a lot of affordable accommodations in Thailand.
