We saw Filming Art videographers at a bridal show at Suntec last year and thought their work was pretty ok, so after discussing and thinking about it, the next day we returned to pay a deposit to secure their services to do a pre wedding video.
They have turned out to be very tardy and unresponsive in emails/messages. Because they are a Malaysian company and are based in JB, they are pretty reluctant to travel to SG and prefers us to communicate through email but usually take a week to reply to emails or even longer.
When we tried to reach them via phone, the first time I called, the guy was driving and said will call back but he didn't, few hours later when I called back as I wanted to arrange for a meeting to discuss our storyboard, he claimed to be very busy and asked if we could email instead. Also their spoken and written English is limited so it was difficult to communicate what we wanted via email.
After a few more attempts, we decided to forgo the deposit and went ahead with another videographer based in Sg.
This is just my personal experience.
