Banquet : Children/toddler counts

Hi girls!
Im new here. Had searched the forum for answers but didn't get a specific one.
I know children counts in as 1 pax for the banquet headcount. But does toddlers count in too?

i think toddlers don't count.

I think it really depends on your venue and caterer! You should let them know how many kids/toddlers you're inviting and their ages so that it'll be easier for them to do a headcount based on their food

ask your caterer first. some count kids as one while some dont
