Beers, Wine and liquor

Anybody has info to share on this topic?

1) The amount that is consume on average (Maybe liters / 10 tables?)
2) Bottle of wine / table?
3) Good source of supply of the above
4) Able to return excess?

Is it good to get from hotel or others (As cockage is expensive?)

hey, i guess that depend on yr crowd, r they beer / liquor/ wine drinker?
It will be more cost saving if you manage to get free flow beer and wavier of ccckage for wine and liquor.
Hotel charges for liquor and wine is very expensive.
I realize that the hotel charged about $60 for red wine and $180 for Martell, Which I get from external source $25 for red wine and less than $80 for duty paid martell.
I can send you the contact if you want. The lady is very helpful.

hi all Brides-to-be & Grooms-to-be... I've found a supplier for duty-paid martell. if in bulk purchase like 10 bottles and above, he will be able to give cheaper price. if like a few bottles only, one bottle is about $75.
no worries, its real martell as i hv ordered from them a couple of times before for my birthday party bash.
