You might want to try 2470mm productions. They are able to rush out the morning highlights on time.
My friend engage them for their lunch wedding and the video turn out to be nice.

In my case. My morning gate clash n ps until afternoon. N montage can be rush out by 6pm. Is very much Depen on photographer n montage creator.

if you want to rush the editing of the video, it will only be simple but rest assured, if the videographers and video editors are skilled, they can deliver good results.

it would depend on the skill of your videographer or the person who will edit the video for the montage. i think it will be easier if you choose default styles or effects for the video.
