Anyone know good locations in Singapore for a wedding outdoor photoshoot?

Marina Bay area, Botannica Gardens are good areas to start

we're going to take our PS this coming April. Am thinking to have some shoot at some nice cafe. Do we normally have to seek permission prior to the wedding shoot or can we just walk in and take photo?
