If i'm not wrong, the other banquet rooms seem close, especially the hibiscus room...it is set to be under renovation from 1 nov 2012 till mid April 2014. hence it appears that the gallery is the only one available. call the hotel to double check..

Mandy is the associate director for banquet and known to be rather efficient and professional. Rachel is the events manager and she is great as well.
