I beginning to prepare for my wedding now, come here to get some tips.
Small scale ones I have are from CWF hotel, marriot hotel, Intercont hotel, regent hotel and conrad hotel.

hi sorry... can i ask if anyone tink it's inauspicious to hold wedding at hilton aft tt groom accident? bcos quite a no. of frens are saying no-no to that... and me kindda getting worried...

went for friend's wedding there, the food was so-so. think because that day there were 2 other weddings so the kitchen was short on staff.

attended a wedding at their grand ballroom last month, high ceiling but has 2 big pillars and food was only average.
my fren spill wine on the table and the cutleries were all wet. the staff didnt take the initiative to change the cutleries until i told them to do so.

Hmm... i must say i was quite tempted to consider Hilton too, considering the pricing. However, after attending a banquet dinner last month, i decided will not choose Hilton.

Some of the food was very good while some was bad.

Servers either looked very young or were expressionless. No smiles nor when we feedback to have certain items, didnt even acknowledge hearing us. Totally turned off by that service.

There will pillars in the ballroom and should your table be near the pillars, you almost cant see anything on the screen.

I have also heard from other guests that parking was a concern as there were very few parking lot. Apparantly if you were the banquet guests, you can have free valet parking service. but while we were leaving, we heard that some of the valet ppl actually said a charge was needed. Thank goodness the wedding coordinator was available when we feedback and highlighted that there was no need for it.

Please note that hilton has only 1 B1 level parking that is only able to handle 60+ cars.
Many of my relatives had to park outside of the hotel.
