Honeymoon in Italy

We're thinking of having our honeymoon in Italy. Do you have any general advice or travel tips when going or staying there?

they say that the real Italy can be seen in the small towns. if you have plenty of time, try to go to Tuscany where you can find wonderful old-fashioned villages

be careful with pickpocket and as much as possible, don't walk the streets alone. just a friendly advice.
and yeah, don't forget your camera because Italy is full of beautiful places

airport and rails stations there do have public restrooms for anyone. usually there is an attendant at the door of the restroom. now it is customary to give a tip or leave a few coins to the attendant.

Italy has four seasons, so it's good to pay attention to when you are going there. plus! always travel light and smart

Italy is Florence. Don't forget to bring your camera and visit Piazza della Signoria

I'm gg italy this May! Excited. the sales person also said that there's a lot of pickpockets and the recent news, the whole bus will disappear so better to bring all valuables down the bus. hais.. really can't enjoy if carrying so many things on hand to go shopping.

italy is perfect for honeymoon, really romantic place. I recommend you to experience VENICE. the area is surrounded with exquisite italian architecture and the lights at night are very lovely...

Honeymoon in Italy is awesome, Venice and Rome are my most favourite places, but i think the best time to go would be in May, as it is not as hot.

And if you are a foodie like me, be sure to try the private dining and cooking classes there! I used BonAppetour to find these classes, and had a great time. Its cheaper than the commercial dining places, and done by the locals there, so not so touristy as well!
