i paid around 1600 for full day 10hrs photography. i think its quite fair considering their works and awards. so it depends on who are u engaging.

actually for photography, SG is considered quite affordable. if you go to australia or US, a full day wedding of 10hrs will cost you at least 2000usd onwards.
