I am on a tight budget for my ROM and only able to budget 200 dollar for the photography.
I would welcome any new or non professional photographers as I understand its a very tight budget.
I will not require any prints or photo touch-up. Just get a great angle and shoot. I will do the rest myself. I am also able to guide you into the shots and angle I want.
