i bought mine from a cart at suntec city 1 year ago, i think it was about $70. quite expensive, but the quality is there, I have been wearing it for 1 year + even after my marriage. for cleaning, all you have to do after wearing is run the sticky part with some water and mild soap, rub abit, run with water again and hang to dry. it's quite cool how the sticky part stays sticky for almost 1 year of intensive use, after your wedding can wear with strapless dresses also. 
I'm not sure about cheaper alternatives for nubra, because I prefer to go with original as the quality is better, and no regrets buying.

Another choice instead of nubra is hollywood fashion tape, it's kind of like a sticker you paste over your nipple but of course it's gentle to the skin around there. Can find at guardian or blogshops, i think they are selling at about $12+ per box. No creases also, so it won't show under your gown. It's one-time use, so after using for 1 time, you throw the sticker away. There are multiple pieces in a box of course. It's a more comfortable alternative as compared to nubra, I feel, because nubra you need to wear it for the whole day and it can get sticky. Of course the bad thing about fashion tape is that it does not give you that extra 'push' for your boobs to look bigger, because it's just a tape. Nubra would be better if you are small chested to give more volume.

Hi, I just got mine at 91 Bencoolen Street. #01-38 Sunshine Plaza. paid about 60$ for it plus a bottle of cleanser at abt 20$, so total i paid 80$ (probably the most expensive bra i ever paid for). Anyway the shop that I went to is the main branch that sells nubra. the sales person there named Dorothy will be there helping and teaching you how to put on the nubra and also to advise you on which type you should get. I have yet to try wearing it on myself at home but anyway I hope it is good. btw, the shop is relocating to Orchard Delfi from 1st of Feb 2011.

After viewing the reviews from users, I bought my Nubra online which is less than $10.
However, yet to try them.
Thinking of hardly wear them, I only used them from my pre-wedding shoot and actual day.
Hence, I do not want to invest expensive ones. ^^
Hopefully, it last till my actual day (keep my fingers cross) =P

i think it is necessary to wear as it "squeeze" your asset to the middle which creates a cleavage for the gown, unless 'yours' are super perfect, then you can skip it.
But still recommend to use them for your wedding ^^

i bought mine online from gmarket. cost less than $10. haven't try yet but seems quite sticky when i take out to check if there is any default with it.

I also bought my nubra from Gmarket, yea less then $10 ^^ ... I have used them once ... not too bad still in good shape and still sticky.

May i ask if for A-cup. it is necessay to wear a nubra. (i think push oso cant be seen)
Afraid it may came out out of sudden. How to prevent it?
actually mine also A cup but i bought the nubra. i think can't push up if its smaller than A cup. i will still bring along the nubra but i will try to find gown that can cover the normal bra i wear so that at least it makes it look bigger. or ask the designer to insert more padding in the gown to enchance the front.
