I think everyone need to do a very detail background check of all these agencies. Just to share my experience here. Cos I really don't want to see anyone become the next victim.
I took my photos last year Oct 2017 with Dong Heang studio under weddingritz agency and I told them and follow up my case for 3 months (My wedding in Feb 2018). Until now I have not received my photos yet. My wedding without photo album!!!! They keep on give me the empty promises and ignore my message in FB. Initially when we sign up for the package, their respond is very 'responsive' in the FB. After received the full payment and take the photos is Korea, the nightmare just started.
After several months of waiting and follow up with them, I found out the photos were actually edited by the agency not the studio. Because the photo effect and overall was not as what expected. They promise me again will send it out the photos by this end of Feb. But I'm very tired to deal with them again. Because this is not the 1st time they give empty promises to us. The worst is when I texted them, they just ignore my message or rude reply. Please share it out and let more people know about this. It is better be careful when you buy a service online. The agencies provide their fb and forum with all the positive comments and delete off all the negative comments and buy many likes to attract the customers. I seriously do not want to see anyone like me to become the next victim.
