I am a new TS in this forum however, I have been using this forum to do all my research for our wedding. I hope I share my positive review for this wedding photographer, short of giving back to this community. 
6 June Sat was a HOT date for our wedding, it didn’t help that we planned our wedding so last minute (we only started planning in Feb). We stumbled upon her website and Annabel was super accommodating to us since we are both located overseas.
I did sent out a couple of emails looking for photographers (the photographers I found in this and some other forums) but she impressed us the most by asking us if we could Skype with her as she wants to know us better. My husband managed to meet her during one of his business trip in Singapore and she accommodates his tight schedule to meet up. She also traveled to KL to meet us the second time, as she has not spoken to me yet. Super customer service!
During our wedding, she was very professional and even step in to instruct and help with the tea ceremony (something us youngsters will not know how). Throughout everyone was frantic, she was calm and collected, assuring me that everything will go on smoothly. She even helped me with my wedding gown, as it is the corset princess type. At our second march in, as I did not engage my hairstylist, Annabel took over and restyled my hair. She’s my pillar of strength that day!
Knowing that we are based overseas, Annabel rushed through and we got our photos (838 of them), all edited perfectly in a beautiful thumb drive less than a week. Yay! :thumbsup:
I have heard of horrible stories on how brides have to chase the photographers for their photos. Both me and my hubby are happy that we have chosen correctly and avoided the nightmare. Imagine all those overseas phone bills if we have to call and remind / chase! :scared:
