Solemnisation @ hotel suite/villa

hello! anyone held their Solemnisation at a hotel suite/villa before? Intending to hold one with close family.. therefore thinking of booking a suite or villa for it. but was wondering whether the hotel allows my guest to attend and if i were to cater some snacks in.

my friend had it in a suite since it was really just a small and intimate event

Actually what my friend did was to book the birthday package Ritz Carlton and invited 13 people for a Solemnization and birthday party at the suite.
Ritz has no problem with solemnization and its a lovely affair.
