Planning to use Subaru forester for wedding cars and my bros will be driving their WRX "escorting" it. Any thoughs?

I think it's a great bridal car because it has a lot of room so that you won't have difficulty coming out later.

Nice, I believe the forester will make a good bridal car, especially on the luxury of space your bride will have moving in and out.

On the bros driving WRX escorting portion, I think maybe 1 or max 2 cars is ok, a convoy is rather "or biang", no offence though
